Unlike traditional property management, cohosts specialize in short-term rentals and focus on optimizing occupancy, nightly rates, and guest experiences. 

2 / Do I need to provide my own cleaners? 

We can connect you with trusted cleaners and manage them and restock essentials. We can also work with your preferred vendors if you already have them. 

3 / Can I still use my property personally?

Yes, you can block off dates anytime to use your home for personal stays.

4 / Which platforms do you manage listings on?

Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and a direct booking site. 

5/ How do you charge for your services?

We charge a percentage of the booking revenue. Typically, 20-25 percent. 

6 / Who controls the listing and payouts?

The owner always retains ownership of the Airbnb/VRBO account and receives payouts directly. We're added as cohosts or managers to handle day-to-day operations. 

7 / What happens if something breaks or there's damage?

We handle minor repairs and coordinate with you for major issues. We also help with Airbnb/VRBO's Host Guarantee and can recommend appropriate short-term rental insurance and handle insurance claims.
